Ifat Yaakobi is a user experience and product definition consultant with 12 years’ experience designing software solutions. She specializes in the usability of complex and multifunctional systems, focusing on how to make software tools more efficient and easier to use. Her work includes: performing user research and leading team brainstorming to fully understand users' requirements, writing user stories, creating interaction concepts and detailed design documents and prototypes, working closely with development teams to solve potential user experience problems; and preparing, performing and reporting on usability testing.
Ifat has worked with a variety of clients, including SAP, MSFT, AT@T, RBC, and others. Ifat holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science and an M.A. in Cognitive Psychology (focusing on Human factors) from Ben-Gurion University.
