What excites me most is going beyond the "what" in data to uncover the "why” of user behavior that drives metrics. I collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to identify research questions. Then, I lead primary qualitative and quantitative customer research, weave resulting insights into actionable recommendations, and work with agile teams to improve content strategy, product functionality and user experience. I'm currently seeking opportunities as a Director of Research and Insights based in NYC.
