Jackie leads a variety of client engagements where she helps marry experience design principles with user behavior data to help inform her teams' creative solutions. Her passion is in coaching designers in applying data discovery techniques to their workflows and implementing actionable solutions to achieve business goals and benefit the end user.

Her most recent projects were in partnership with Dollar Shave Club, PwC, American Express, Transamerica, and CityMD. Before joining the Effective team she worked as Sr. UX Design Manager for a Manhattan based interactive advertising firm where she executed connected TV applications for GM, PepsiCo, Kellogg's, Cisco, The Home Depot, The Economist and Unilever. Jackie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University. On weekends she can be found cooking something new, enjoying a concert, taking photos or biking around Brooklyn.
